Required qualification, skills and experienceMinimum two years experience in current Microsoft applications, TCP/IP networks, MS SQL and MS Exchange systems.Previous relevant experience in a busy customer driven environment.Be able to prioritise work without supervision.Maintain a clean driving license and be able to travel to all offices.RoleTo provide a first class customer service as part of a team. To provide engineering support to the Technical Manager.Also, to provide second line software/hardware support and assist in the development and installation of project work.This will include, but not be limited to, the main responsibilities given below.Main responsibilitiesEnsuring engineering support is required to the specified level of service and technology.Responding to support calls within the procedures and practices in operation.To participate in the installation and development of new systems, maintenance of telecomms systems, MS SQL MS Exchangeand some VBA development.
