Description:

An IT Service Manager is required with ITIL certification. Based near High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the network services, ensuring that all customer facing and internal processes and processes are adhered to. You will ideally have a good knowledge of networking (specifically IP and VPN) and experience of working for an ISP or in an NOC environment would be desirable.
