OBJECTIVES1. Support Project Clean Sweep Programme and Project Managers by ensuring that project Clean Sweep equipment receivedfrom suppliers is controlled, stored and issued in accordance with AWE processes and procedures.2. Ensure that incoming equipment is Asset tagged, Electrical Safety Tested and recorded on the company ConfigurationManagement Database.3. Issue equipment to installation teams in accordance with the requirements of the project plan.4. Coordination of the Project Team and the Supplier to produce the appropriate deliverables as defined in the projectplan.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 10 years IT Logistics management experience Proven experience of controlling receipt, storage and issue of IT equipment. Significant experience of managing external IT vendors Knowledge of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) process Experience of Asset Management processes and disciplines Must be Security Cleared to SC levelESTIMATED WORK EFFORT Full Time commencing October 2005 20 days per month 9 - 12 months
