They managed services include employee assistance, human resources administration, expense management, payroll, and business intelligence. The company's software offerings include applications for employee self-service, online recruitment, payroll, electronic exchange, and employee benefits portal operation. Due to it is growing line of new products our client now requires a new business development manager to developing new clients and maintain existing ones. You will be expected to liase with clients across the UK, nurture existing relationship and cross sell to gaps in the market. You will also be expected to generate new leads by networking and lead sourcing and develop new business accounts. To have the job you will have at least 2 years sales experiences in a similar role, preferable experience selling human resource. You will also be well spoken, articulate and energetic. Further you will be analytical, resourceful and be able to demonstrate entrepreneur skills. You will also have a successful proven track record. On offer is a basic of GBP 25,000 - GBP 30,000 with GBP 35,000 - GBP 40,000 OTE.
