Our client is looking for an IT Consultant/Engineer to join their small but established team based in and around NorthDevon.The Job:Responsible for working with both businesses and individual clients in finding solutions to their computing needs. Thisincludes fixing both PC hardware and software, networking and communications, advising and selling computing products,and providing support onsite and by telephone.The candidate: Ideally, you will have experience of working in a similar role Knowledge of both PC software and hardware Able to support all Windows Operating Systems including Server and Exchange Excellent communication skills by telephone and face to face Professional and presentable Excellent Customer Service approach Methodical and thorough Good problem solving skills and the ability to work independentlyHours of work:Monday to Friday 10am to 6pmAlso required to work every 3rd Saturday AMFlexible working hoursOther information:Own transport essential.
