: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IP specialist to join a world-leading supplier of broadband test and measurement solutions for the communications and commercial markets. As IP Product Specialist, you will play an integral role within the UK sales team, in terms of meeting customers on a regular basis and implementing a sales plans for new products. As such, this vacancy will suit an individual who is looking to utilise their strong technical background within the telecoms industry, but is also interested in the commercial side of business and having regular interface with customers. Your role will be varied including; - Introducing new IP products to the UK market - Implementing and following-up a sales plan for new products - Contributing to grow UK sales through providing unique expertise to the customer - Presenting IP products to customers and at roadshows/ seminars - Providing feedback to the engineering department in order to increase innovation - Understanding needs and looking at future market trends The successful candidate will already have a minimum of one years experience working in Telecoms and IP Technology. A strong background in this area is crucial. Previous commercial, customer-facing or sales experience is not essential, but strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are imperative. In addition, you will need a driving licence and the flexibility to be able to travel within the UK and occasionally on an international basis. The salary will be GBP 25-27K with on target earnings of GBP 35-38K plus healthcare, pension, life insurance.
