Fast progression to more external, customer facing roles are available to successful candidates.Job Purpose Sell to and develop accounts, including proactive warm and cold calling of new accounts and the effective expansion ofexisting accounts through continuous relationship building and prospecting. Respond to and effectively manage all customer enquiries. Work responsibly in a semi-autonomous environment To ensure that accurate revenue forecasts are provided on in a timely manner. To ensure that all administration required for the timely delivery of customer courses is accurate and up to date atall times.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities To achieve and where possible exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. To sell and market all services to your allocated vertical sectors to ensure revenue is maximised to full potential.Your vertical sectors will be allocated by your manager. This role is predominately phone based and involves the full sales life cycle from cold calling to account management. During the calling process the telesales person will be required to clean and maintain the database allocated to themto ensure records are kept complete and up to date at all times. If necessary, to arrange and attend client visits. Relationship building with prospective and existing clients. Follow and adhere to processes and procedures as required. Chase provisional bookings when necessary. Notify clients of any courses to be cancelled and reschedule delegates ontoanother suitable date. Updating and maintaining the Opportunities system on the database, for every opportunity When necessary, attendance at specific exhibitions or conferences. To ensure pricing guidelines are adhered to. Ensure that all the resources are available for the successful delivery of the courses. To hold regular sales meetings with your manager to discuss current sales figures, pipeline business, targets etc.Personal Attributes/Competencies: Sound commercial and financial awareness Previous sales experience working in a corporate environment dealing with clients from SME business through to Bluechip companies Current experience selling services in a commercial environment Able to respond to changes positively Adaptable and flexible Excellent written and verbal English skills Proficient in the use of Outlook, Word and Excel Good Team player Focused on Achievement of targets and objectives Self-motivated
