: This is an excellent opportunity to begin or progress a career in technical sales with a leading supplier of power systems to the industrial, telecommunications, transport, automotive and military markets. As an Internal Sales Engineer your primary function will be to identify sales opportunities and assist with securing orders. This will include technical quotations, tenders and liaison with distributors and customers throughout the UK and Europe to manage activity. You will have responsibility for key accounts and will be tasked with supporting business development. You will also be involved with acquiring technical market intelligence concerning trends and competitor activity. Full training will be provided and excellent scope for career progression is available. This position will suit a proactive individual who is looking for a role which is technical, but will also involve interfacing with customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, and a qualification in engineering is also important. The starting salary will be GBP 18K with scope for future progression.
