My Client is one of Europes largest manufacturer of customised electronic displays.The Company manufactures displays for a wide variety of applications including: Passenger Information (railway and bus stations) Car Parks Airports Cinemas Call Centres Factories Reception AreasSALES AND MARKETING CO-ORDINATORThe Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator will report to the Sales Manager.Specifically (but not exclusively), the role of the Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator will include the following:- Answering incoming telephone calls to the sales department Allocation and management of sales enquiries Administering the general sales email account Day-to-day maintenance of the sales database and enquiry database Diary management of the sales team Production of sales reports Maintaining an efficient filing system General sales administration tasks including typing Production of product literature Production and administration and follow up of mailshots Telesales campaigns Organising and attending and taking minutes at sales meetings Assisting with organisation of and attendance at exhibitions Production and follow-up of quotations for standard products Assisting with bid response preparation Maintenance of the companys web site Progressing of customer orders Customer liaison account management and complaint handling Relief answering of main company telephone numberThe job specification may change to suit changing needs as the Company evolves.
