In order to keep up with the store openings we need to find the right individuals to run those stores, from the store managers to the sales assistants.That's where you come in, we are looking for professional individuals who have the ability to recognise the talent we have applying to work for us and make sure we snap them up.You would be involved with all aspects of recruitment from placing adverts, dealing with the response and interviewing potential candidates.Experience in recruitment is not essential but an outgoing personality, the ability to prioritise tasks, manage and organise your time and work as a team is.The ideal candidates should be computer literate and flexible to the needs of the business. As the role will involve travel (we cover the whole of the UK from our Dunstable based Head Office) a driving licence would be an advantage.
