To create a portfolio of long term buyers , through prospecting and developing of new opportunities via outboundtelesales activity.The ideal candidate will be a results orientated sales professional seeking a role in which they can learn and earn in adynamic , challenging and supportive enviironment , which rewards personal commitment and team contribution.Key Tasks and Responsibilities* To make an average of 80 outbound calls per day , representing 180 minutes talk time per day , to ultimately reach 30decisions makers per day.* Issue an average of 10 quotes per day and to ensure success rates exceeds 50%.* Maintain co-operative and productive inter-departmental relationships and procedures to deliver exceptional customerservice at all times.* Identify and close opportunities for value added services sales eg configeration ,Internet , professional services andleasing etc.* Take personal responsibility for and actively engage in product , syrstems and skills training and development.* Create , monitor and revise lead penetration plans in conjunction with Sales Team Leader.* To take personal responsibility for determining and satisfying the dynamic product needs of customer accounts ,ensuring total client satisfaction as the basis for further , ongoing business.* To produce revenue in line with current company and individual targets.* To encourage customer landing page [CLP's] volume pricing agreements[VPA's] and employee purchase programmes[EPP's]with clients.* Uphold the SCC Exchange company core values* Communicate ideas for improvement aimed at enhancing performance and effectiveness at company , team and personallevels.* Actively participating in product focus campaigns and promoting Alliance partners.* Data reporting ie Account profitability , call back status , daily quotes etcSkills and Experience required* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Good commercial acumen* Good time management skills* Ability to demonstrate an ongoing interest to learn about and understand IT products* Proactive sales approach* One years telephone sales experience - outbound / inbound* Identifiable evidence of consistent target over achievement in a profit/margin and results driven environment .* Proven record of account development* IT literateInduction and on going traing povided |
