A FTSE 100 Company requires an Internal Communication Consultant to develop and deliver engagement and communication plans and activities for specific audience groups or campaigns within the Business to Business Unit, ensuring individuals are informed of, involved in and motivated by business unit and company plans and performance. You will be:Working with production / creative supplier to develop and deliver specific activities within the Engaged framework. Implementing and managing core communication channels, delivering on time and measuring their effectiveness.Supporting a culture change within the business unit creating increased openness, involvement and straight talking.Providing focused support to specific audience segment (remote employees, office-based employees or customer management centre employees) ensuring effective tailoring of channel and message.Providing support to relevant management team member with functional specific engagement and communication activity as required.Working with central Internal Communications function to translate messages into functionally relevant communications to ensure consistency and alignment of the business unit.Developing and implement communication campaigns which support the delivery of UK wide and global communication programmes.Sharing best practice and learnings with other team members ensuring that the team is operating to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team.You must have 3+ years marketing/commercial/communications or PR experience within a strongly commercial environment, and proven project management record with strong relationship building and listening skills. You should have good verbal and written communication skills. An ability to work well in changing environment and good attention to detail are essential.Please apply via CV only.
