Intermediate/Senior Quantity Surveyor Required Cardiff AreaUp to GBP 38k plus excellent Company benefitsThe Role: My client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be office based in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity tojoin one of the Countries Leading cost and project management services. In this role you must be able to lead a team. Youwill be required to visit sites throughout North and South Wales on a weekly basis.The Company:My Client works on some of Europes largest building and engineering projects and are currently commissioned on projectsranging in capital value from circa GBP 100k up to GBP 700 million. They have successfully managed projects across a variety ofpublic, private and utility sectors.Requirements:My client requires a intermediate/Senior quantity surveyor, a BSc qualification in Quantity Surveying would bepreferable. You will have to be confident and comfortable in a pressured team working environment. This role will bebased in the Cardiff area.
