By partnering with the team and development experts you'll design and deliver both individual andteam development strategies.What are we looking for?Of Graduate calibre, you'll be at least CIPD qualified, complete with 5 years' experience in HR. A powerful communicatorall levels, you'll be able to use your strong knowledge of employment legislation and practices and coaching experienceto drive forward our People Management service. You must have the ability to influence a team and react quickly to anever changing business environment.
