Our Client is a market leader in the Home Improvements market. Entrepreneurial in style but with solid business and salesprocesses underpinning their success After 10 continual years of year on year expansion, they now require an OperationsDirector / Installation Director to ensure continued growth along with a large expansion plan over the next 3 years intoexisting and new markets. Developing a regional network of offices is also in their plans.Role:Focus on improving productivity, plan operations and overall improvementsEnsure that best practice solutions to business process are implementedTo ensure that systems are in place to support both the sales, installation and services to benefit both internal andexternal customersSet up divisions / satellite offices around the country to ensure expansion plans are achievedReporting directly to the Managing Director you will be responsible for meeting operational business plansRequirements:Knowledge of Home Improvement Market (windows/doors/conservatories) and dealing with the end consumerExperience of a multi-site sales and installation teamsA successful operations professional with results-driven attitude, sound commercial and interpersonal skillsYou will be an energetic self-motivator with good people skills, a committed attitude to continuous improvement and theenthusiasm to inspire others through achievements and goals
