Description:

An Insolvency Management Team within one of the top 4 Accountancy Practices is looking to employ an additional Insolvency Executive to join their already 30-strong team in Dorset. Predominantly, you will be dealing with creditors voluntary liquidations (CVLs) and company voluntary arrangements for a variety of cases; assets range from GBP 30,000 to GBP 30 million.The successful candidate will be assisting with a portfolio of 50-60 cases, mainly CVLs from commencement of liquidation to closure. You will be responsible for preparing the strategy, case progression and closure, liaising with lawyers, agents and internally within the business. Depending on your level of experience you may additionally manage the work in progress and billing as well as staff development and staff appraisals.You should be ACCA or CPI qualified with at least 2 years insolvency experience. You should be able to demonstrate good technical knowledge plus an analytical understanding of the insolvency industry and an awareness of the risk implications for insolvency cases.
