Branch Manager:Our client is a fast growing dynamic recruitment company specialising in Industrial placements. They are looking for anenergetic and confident candidate to fill a Branch Managers position. Experience within recruitment and Management is amust and some experience within the industrial sector would be excellent (but not a necessity).>Must have excellent communication and organisational skills.>Dealing with Clients and candidates face to face.>Must be a team player and form an effective relationship with other employees.>Must be able to conduct interviews.>manage client base.>Must have intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc>Must be able to run a desk independently and competently and train and manage Consultants.>Must be involved in new business development.>must be able to deal with KPI (key performance indicators)>to have weekly meetings with staff>Must be able to set and hit billing targets.Progression through the company from senior consultant and managerial positions will be possible.Senior Consultant:Our client is a fast growing dynamic recruitment company specialising in Industrial placements.
