This is and exciting opportunity to work for this growing dynamic software company, where you will be part of a small anddedicated Training Team in realising their goal of providing top quality training on their Human Resources systems totheir ever-widening client base. The main tasks of the job are as follows :- To develop and present standard scheduled courses covering all aspects of correct usage and administration of theirHuman Resources software packages at their premises in Harpenden. To provide training for customers on-site, either to the same agenda as the scheduled courses or to a specific agreedagenda. To assist in the daily administration of their training facilities. To participate in there twice-yearly User Group meetings, currently held in Central London. This would commonly involvepresenting on aspects of best practice and facilitating at discussion groups. For this role you will need to have atleast one years experience as a Trainer in the I.T or HR SOFTWARE Field + a good understanding of Windows, MicrosoftOffice and Databases.You will also need good communication and presentation skills as will be training up to eightdelegates.A full clean licence is a must as is a willingness to travel throughout the UK with some overnight stops ( mostit will be is once a month ) and very occasionally some European travel.Great role for further career progression andontop of the salary is a good bonus, company car, pension and gym membership.
