A leading IT Services organisation is looking for an experienced HR Reward Advisor with 1-2 years experience working within either a large organisation or within a Pensions outsourcing organisation. Working within an HR Shared Services environment, you will have responsibility for developing and managing complex HR reward policies and situations. Key focus areas include: Designing, developing and delivering HR strategy and/or solutions which reflect best practiceManaging a range of projects including annual salary review and bonus approachReward policy development and recommendations including flexible benefits, variable pay, base pay and pensionSupporting development of pensions policy and administration Benchmarking best practices and recommending policy changes/developmentsThis is an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly regarded HR Department which is seen as a leading force for change and best practice within the organisation. As such the successful individual must be confident, willing to contribute and able to cope with regular change and challenges.With excellent communication skills including research, policy writing and presentations, you will have the ability to benchmark as well as model calculations (Excel). Self-reliant and self-motivated you will have the necessary gravitas to engage successfully throughout the organisation and be able to work effectively within a team environment.The role is based in Reading however it has country-wide responsibility so there will be an element of ad hoc travel. |
