Established in the late 80s our client is the UKs market leading Human Resources consultancy. The talent in this organization is formed from high calibre individuals from a variety of top tier backgrounds ranging from leading search firms to prominent figures in Human Resources. Due to continued expansion and growth they are now looking to expand and are interested in talking to consultative, soft sellers who are down to earth, genuine and who would NOT describe themselves as stereotypical recruitment consultants. Candidates must be of graduate calibre, have drive and energy to help win and maintain new business and have a proven track record within HR Recruitment ideally for at least 6-12 months Candidates not from an HR background will be equally considered but you must be able to illustrate why you would like to move into HR.
