Insurance consultancy based in the City seeks a bright, well established individual with a min of 10 year expertise within the Insurance industry or professional services. You must have a good sense of humour to work within an HR team of 5 people and be CIPD, MIPD or FIPD certified as you will be the No.2 to the Director. Responsibilities will include: deputy to director; employment legislation / employee relations; contracts of employment; recruitment; HR systems and management information; compliance management; health & safety; expat / international staff.
