Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager who enjoys working across multiple sites. The role involves travellingbetween sites to support the Business Development Managers with recruitment of unit Managers. You will be home basedsetting appointments to meet with Site Managers. You will be in Swindon one day per fortnight for meetings. Applicantsmust be CIPD qualified or must have at least 4 years experience in a similar role and be part CIPD qualified with a viewto being fully qualified. Experience of working in the leisure industry would be advantageous also but not essential. Youshall be covering the Midlands area and also Scotland. Travel expenses and mileage for travel using your own vehicle willbe provided. The successful applicant will manage sites in the Midlands to the North of England including Scotland. Wehope to fill this position to start work in Mid January latest.
