A very exciting opportunity has come about for an experienced HR Manager to join this IT company based in Buckinghamshire. The role is a true generalist role with full responsibility for a designated client group. You will be responsible for the development , implementation, administration for the following HR functions: Employee Relations, Training and Compensation and Benefits, Equal Opportunities, Organisational Development, HRIS training etc. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years experience in Human Resources, have excellent understanding of employment law and be CIPD qualified.
