There is a genuine belief in the Business partner ethos and true inclusivity within thesenior management team. As part of a FTSE100 company, the Client is showing excellent profitable growth, but recognisesthat this is due, in no small part, to its attitude to its key people assets.Working closely with operational and functional colleagues you will take full control of the function and offer an HRgeneralist service at both strategic and tactical levels, advising, guiding and implementing a range of progressivepolicies and procedures calculated to keep the business in its deserved reputation as a world class employer.Certainly a seasoned generalist and ideally CIPD qualified, your experience to date should have been from within theprivate sector including logistics, manufacturing, retail or hospitality. Well developed skills in IR and TUPE arecritical, as is TU experience. In personal terms you will have strong leadership and team building capabilities, becustomer focussed, an able communicator and have the natural presence to make an early and sustained contribution in anopen culture.
