: Our client, a VC backed entrepreneurial Software company, is enjoying a period of sustained growth. As a result of continuing expansion, a new role of HR Director has been created reporting directly to the Managing Director This role offers you a chance to assist with the growth and development of one of the UK's premier software manufacturers. Working as part of a small dynamic management team, the role will take responsibility for creating a disciplined H.R team as well as working closely with the Board on strategies and operational planning issues. Key areas of responsibility and knowledge include: Developing structure for HR policy Pro-active participation in change management TUPE Compensation and benefits Performing training needs analysis Managing recruitment of staff Managing all personnel issues The successful candidate will be a university-educated graduate CIPD qualified with a generalist background and will have worked in a software environment with a significant professional services organisation. A pro-active professional you will be energetic, flexible, innovative individual with an enthusiastic approach. Also with strong commercial acumen you will be a confident self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communications skills able to influence up and down the supply chain.
