of personal actions and ensure the resolution of employee relation issues.In addition to provide advice and guidance to managers and staff in line with the company’s policies and proceduresthat is appropriate and accurate ensuring best practice and legal compliance.To analyse the customer's needs and context of the query to ensure appropriate guidance or advice is given to thecustomer and is prioritised based on the urgency of the query.To refer queries outside of the remit of HR Direct to the appropriate team(s) within the HR department or specialised HRteams to ensure customers needs are met.To input and maintain accurate HR case records utilising the identified IT systems within the department.To identify any key trends emerging within the company and work with the HR Direct Manager in taking appropriate steps toensure the necessary stakeholders are informed and/or appropriate action is taken.To undertake and analyse the service provision via customers satisfaction surveys and feedback and identify appropriatesolutions.To contribute to the review and development of policies procedures and undertake any necessary project work.To coach and guide junior colleagues within the HR department on the company’s policies and procedures.To comply with the HR systems, processes and operating procedures and to maintain a high level of customer service inline with the service level agreementsCandidates should preferably be CIPD qualified or part qualified and possess a good understanding of employmentlegislation, HR management practices, policies, systems and processes. In addition have had one or two years workingwithin a HR environment and possess good influencing and persuading skills.
