Our client, a rapidly expanding IT company based in Farnborough are looking to recruit a commercially focused and highly experienced HR manager to join this existing team. Being one of Europes leading providers of Information and Communication Technology the role will be highly challenging.The purpose of the role will be to provide direction and oversight in to the human resource programs and activities related to supporting any combination of the following HR functions including: staffing, compensation, management development, executive coaching, recruitment and employee relations. This individual must have the ability to develop and drive HR initiatives to completion. Must be able to collaborate with people at all job levels and interact with a diverse group of individuals and personalities. Must be self-motivated and directed; able to work independently in a fast paced environment. Must be able to navigate complex organisations easily and effectively. The successful candidate will have an experience at working at a similar level in a similar environment and be CIPD qualified.
