Our Client is a well-established charity. They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to complement their existing team to work in their head quarters based in the Woking area. The role is generalist and broken down as follows:Recruitment (70%)* Manage the recruitment process including advising and coaching managers on good recruitment practice, making internal announcements, preparing external advertising and working through recruitment and advertising agencies.* Interpret and ensure compliance with recruitment policy and procedure.* Collate required information such as proof of ID, evidence of qualifications and Child Protection Policy data * Work with internal departments in recruiting for secondment roles* Establish and manage a Graduate Recruitment program that selects approximately 4 graduates a year to work within the international regions * Participate in international and regional recruitment campaigns in collaboration with the Expatriate HR Manager HR Support and Advice (20%)* Provide advice and counsel managers on Employee relations and other HR issues, including performance management and disciplinary matters, departmental restructuring, job profiles and evaluation* Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of HR policies, as the need is identified * Maintain and review annually a preferred supplier list of recruitment and advertising agencies * Keep ongoing statistical data that informs the organisation about costs, sources of candidates and diversity. * Manage and monitor the recruitment budget, including preparation of quarterly forecasts and reports* Make new starter and leaver information available for publication * Provide an HR induction to new staff joining the organisation * Conduct exit interviews and monitor trendsAdministration (10%)Carry out routine administration associated with recruitment activity, issue and follow up on reminders related to probation and performance appraisal processes.In exhange the charity can offer brilliant benefits including:25 days holiday plus bank holidaysParkingPension planPrivate health insuranceLife assuranceFor more information or to apply please send your CV to Simon Moore at Huntress |
