We are looking for an experienced and qualified Housing Contracts Manager to deliver an effective and efficient socialhousing service in a commercial environment.You will be responsible for delivering in accordance with performance targets, financial regulations, statutoryrequirements and agreed policies and procedures.The successful candidate will need to have approximately 4 years experience within social housing, management and orcontracts management and be relevantly qualified.You will be responsible for managing, maintaining and refurbishing approximately 1400 homes and working closely with thecommunity to address any issues that may affect their quality of life.You will need to have the ability to inspire confidence and deliver a high standard service.Please send a detailed CV for further information to the Social Housing Team.
