Description:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:To ensure a high level of customer service is received at all times. Dealing with members queries by telephone, fax,email and post. To sell Hotel and Car products following the company procedures and policies using sales techniques andproduct knowledgeKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Liaison with the International members of the association requesting car/hotel quotes and availability Liaison with Hotels & Car hire companies via telephone, fax or email to get the best rates available for ourMembers Booking hotel / car reservations using Focal Point / Galileo system or telephoning Hotels or Car companiesdirect Processing procedures for acknowledgement of request/confirmation off booking/amendment to booking/cancellationof booking Monitoring Focal Point/Galileo queue messages relating to confirmation numbers and changes from hotel chains Handling any queries a member may have about the service we provide and about any supplier we useKNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE: Telephone Customer service experience essential Galileo system or GDS experience Good geographical knowledge Organised and flexible approach Ability to work under pressure Team playerADDITIONAL INFORMATION Work within a rotating shift pattern when required ( 0830 1800 M-F) Work some Saturdays as part of a rotation (0900 1400) Work some Bank Holidays as part of a rotation (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day)6 Month ContractNatural Born Billers is a recruitment agency and recruitment business.
