WA Consultants require an experienced Helpdesk Manager to oversee their busy helpdesk on a contract basis. The helpdesk covers many users, both on site, remotely and on other sites throughout the UK, mainly in a Microsoft environment, and requires an experienced leader. You will have experience of managing teams of up to 10 people and be able to work to strict SLAs. Please send your CV along with your rate expectations.
