Healthcare Industry Marketing Manager WCI GroupLocated PortsmouthUptoGBP 40k and benefitsWCI04WCI is a fast growing process and technology consulting company employing over 300 staff in Europe and the USA.Due to expansion they now require somebody to increase sales and profitability of Healthcare industry services byidentifying and taking to market compelling propositions.The role has three key dimensions - Create propositions and execute Go-to-Market campaigns, develop and manage the WCIBrand and provide Assurance Material and Collateral.Tasks will include:- Analysing the Healthcare market and developing the marketing strategy.- Delivering robust propositions, including the definition of target markets, providing a compelling reason to buy aproduct/solution, and ROI justification.- Articulating the brand and the importance of living its values.- Policing the brands usage ensuring a consistent corporate ID across all formats.- Creating and advising on the production of assurance materials and collateral in line with Company brand and corporateID.You will be a communication expert with practical experience of business development, an ability to design effectiveGo-to-Market campaigns that promote propositions and deliver measurable ROI and work closely with sales people to supportthe early stages of pipeline development. Experience of promotion tactics, external suppliers and partnership channels isessential to this role.To qualify for this role you must:- Possess a Business or Marketing Degree and ideally you will have a CIM Post Graduate Diploma- Possess Healthcare industry experience and knowledge- Be commercially astute with proven examples of business development- Have experience of developing Marketing Strategies and campaign planning- Possess expertise in promotional tactics Advertising, PR, Events, Hospitality, Direct Mail- Have experience in Marketing Management; budget control, reporting, database/CRM knowledgeIn addition you must have Infectious levels of enthusiasm and energy that will inspire the Marketing team, you will behighly organized and adaptable.
