Description:

Our client is a manufacturer of a wide range of personal care products with a main factory site in the midlands. As aresult of there continued recent growth, they are looking for an exceptional individual to join the business as Head ofRetail Sales and oversee both new product development and sales and marketing in to the Grocery Multiples.The challenging remit for this role will be to achieve GBP 10m of sales over the space of the next 3 years from a standingstart.Reporting to the Managing Director and ideally based from the head office site, the role will involve investigating themarket and being involved with product design and development. There will be an opportunity for you to build a teamaround yourself.The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and have a proven track record in sales of personal care products intothe grocery retailers. This could include haircare products, lotions, creams etc. You should also have high levels ofenergy and ambition, a proactive style and excellent communication skills.
