Head of Research - Executive Senior Search & SelectionMy client is a market leading Search & Selection business recruiting for, and servicing, the Senior Executive market.This company are based in North Yorkshire and are experiencing aggressive organic growth, as a result there is anopportunity for the right calibre of individual to work in the head office and drive forward the support function bymanaging a research team.This appointment involves working as part of a team and working closely with the executive search consultants. You willbe involved with researching industries, identifying key companies and contacts, and making initial approaches toprospective candidates. Various search methods will be utilised including networking and headhunting.We are keen to meet with applicants that have the desire to manage a team within this function and an individual that istenacious and persuasive and has a confident attitude and telephone manner. The right calibre of candidate could be froma search and selection background, with a track record of headhunting, research and senior level recruitment.
