They are currently looking to recruit a highly operationally and processimprovement focussed Manager to manage their Production / Assembly operation at their modern manufacturing site inNorthamptonshireThe Position: Maximise productivity and efficiencies across a team in excess of 50, with a management team directly reporting to thejob holder. Implement and monitor new KPIs. Ensure lead times and output figures achieve agreed targets. Reporting to a main Board Director and will involve the effective liaison of other senior managers and personnel acrossthe business.Requirements: Ideally qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Production Management and have benefited from excellent training in amodern production environment. Possess at least four years production / assembly management experience gained within an Automotive OEM, AutomotiveTier 1, Aerospace or world class capital equipment manufacturer. Possess excellent communication and influencing skills, coupled with strong people management and leadership skills.
