Description:

You will build the market share of their list broking function and increase profitability of the team, increasing thelevel of cross-selling to existing clients.As a member of the Management Team you will manage and develop the staff who form the List Broking and List Managementfunctions. You will have full profit and loss responsibility for the list team and will work with the rest of themanagement team to develop strategic plans, annual budgets and objectives.For this role you should have 5+ years experience of list broking at a senior level as well as 5 years experience ofteam management. Experience of sales is essential for this position.
