Description:

A senior sales management role, managing a growing team of five salespeople tasked with bringing international m2 intoevents in developing countries.Working across a portfolio of ten diverse trade events in Germany, Russia, Poland and India, the Head of Internationalsales team is responsible for hitting m2 targets on each show.Reporting directly to the managing director, the duties involve; Hitting m2 targets on each event Managing, motivating, recruiting and training sales team Developing relationships with country heads Growing the portfolio of events represented Agreeing targets Developing sales materials Managing sales campaigns across each event Managing relationships with key clients Managing relationships with Government export departments Attending competitive events in Europe Managing on site rebooking programme Developing pavilion space within events Overseeing department p&l Reporting to country heads, CEO and managing directorThe role is based from offices in SW London, working within a young, enthusiastic and dynamic team of eventprofessionals. The role will suit a determined ambitious exhibition sales person.
