Description:

As Head of Internal Communications for this leading financial services company based in the City of London, you willdevelop and lead the implementation of an employee communications strategy and plans in line with overall strategy forthe business.You will work with senior management and key stakeholders on a number of exciting projects to engage employees onmessaging for financial results and brand projects etc. Manage and lead the development of communication channels toensure alignment and consistency of channels and content across the business. Work with Heads of Communication within thebusiness units and develop effective relationships with HR business partners.YOU: Educated to degree level with a minimum of 7 years internal communications experience including changecommunications with a proven track record in running communication plans on time and to budget for a large corporatecompany. Financial Services experience an advantage but not essential.
