Head of FinanceSouth East England - Financial Services Sector - Remuneration package cGBP 50k -60k.This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role in the expansion of this newly formed Group which has aggressivegrowth expectations in its chosen field. Already with Institutional backing the Group plans a full floatation within 2-3years. An exceptional Head of Finance is sought with the genuine prospect of making a real contribution to achieving thecompanys goals.Responsible for the day to day running of the finance function reporting to the Group Finance Director. Manage smallenergetic team with the following responsibilities: management reporting at both subsidiary and Group levels, FSAregulatory reporting, forecasting/modelling, cash management/treasury function, main interface with management team.Develop the necessary MIS infrastructure, reporting systems and financial processes and controls to meet the businessneeds in a period of rapid growth.Candidate:A graduate calibre, commercial, energetic and qualified accountant with preferably, but not essential, a financialservices background.
