Description:

My client one of the largest UK .com / online retailer are looking for a dynamic proven Head of Development. The minimumcriteria is that you must have managed a development team of a minimum of 80 staff. In reality the size of thedevelopment team is 120 in UK 80 off shore around the world, you have 6 direct line managers to assist you with thistask. You will be providing and delivery the technological strategy for this product. You will have a degree with aminimum of 7 yrs large scale software development environment preferably e-commerce, minimum 7 years managing mid tolarge sized teams, proven experience in driving and supporting change, proven track record of implementing major processchanges and optimizing resource effectiveness. Some board level experience and 5+ years project management experienceworking on large complex projects using teams spread across multiple locations. This is a fast paced, revenue generatinge-commerce environment, you must have worked in a similar environment.
