Your role will be to lead & own the development and management of the data marketing strategy across the business To deliver the non voice consumer revenue target by selling existing data propositions and developing new propositions to acquire customers and increase usage. To guide the business via the non voice revenue forum on ways to achieve the overall non voice target & prepare contingency plans. You will develop the company consumer data strategy & deliver against company & team goals...Your role will be to lead & own the development and management of the data marketing strategy across the business To deliver the non voice consumer revenue target by selling existing data propositions and developing new propositions to acquire customers and increase usage. To lead the management of existing propositions to maximise competitive advantage in the market place & revenue from the customer. To lead the development of new propositions, from end to end, strengthening their appeal to specific segments to drive revenue. To lead the development & management of the data marketing team.Essential Degree level (or similar) education 7 yrs min marketing experience (of which at least 3 must be in a line management role) gained preferably in a fast-moving, customer centric, dynamic environment Experience in a mobile/communication organisation is desirable. If not, the successful, candidate will have a background in Retail/FMCG or Financial Services. Experience in proposition development. Must possess managerial experience, (min of 2 staff). Consumer marketing focussed experience. (Not seeking a product manager or technically focussed applicant).Apply immediately.
