: This is an excellent opportunity to join a key player within the broadcast, media and mobile communications industries. In order to succeed within this senior position, you will already have a background in the radio industry. You may already be working in an Account/ Relationship Management role, or you may be working in Programme Management or related, with customer-facing experience. Your responsibilities will incorporate managing and developing customer relationships to ensure business retention and growth. Managing a small team who act as the main points of contact for Broadcast Radio customers, you will take overall responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring excellent levels of customer service are achieved. The successful candidate will already be well-established within the radio broadcast industry, ideally in a customer facing role. A knowledge of broadcast engineering systems and network design is also desirable. The salary will be c. GBP 50-60K plus car allowance, bonus and good benefits.
