Description:

As Head of Communications for leading financial services company based in Central London, you will lead the provision ofan effective Communications service (internal and external) to leading financial services business, meeting the needs ofall key internal and external stakeholders.Develop and implement a communications strategy for the business including advising on all comms aspects of corporatepolicies and strategies eg. business results and major changes to the business. Lead the internal and external commsteams and ensure effective processes and practices are in place. Maintain and build strong relationships with externalstakeholders including media, financial community and industry bodies. Co-ordinate all external comms across thebusiness. Determine and drive the implementation of the strategy for internal communications. Work in tandem with themarketing function to ensure brand values are supported and reinforced.YOU: Educated to degree level with a minimum of 10 years senior level communications experience gained in a customer led,large-scale organisation. A minimum of 3 years experience to be demonstrated in external comms and PR. An understandingof the UK and European regulatory environment and previous experience of government affairs a distinct advantage. Strongcreative ability to develop innovative external relation strategies and internal engagement.
