Description:

You will effectively deploy and manage team resources and work with HR to determine recruitment requirements, ensuringthe best individuals are recruited into the team and encouraging team members to maximise their development and move outof their comfort zone. Youll also be responsible for keeping all team members informed of company developments andrelevant information.This role involves taking financial responsibility to ensure that the teams annual targets are met/exceeded (monitoringmonthly/quarterly targets and resourcing the account accordingly) and leading pitches for new business - takingresponsibility at project management and strategic level.For this role you should already have a minimum of 2 years at Group Account Director level or 4 years as a Senior AccountDirector dealing with all aspects of direct marketing and looking after large accounts. You should also have the gravitasto be a respected contributor at company level decisions.
