Job Description:The Premier Travel Inn Wembley - adjacent to the new Wembley National Stadium and the Wembley Arena and InternationalConference Centre has 153 spacious en-suite rooms with power showers, air conditioning throughout and ''Crescents''restaurant and bar.We have an exciting opportunity for a Grill Cook/Chef to assist our Head Chef in the smooth running of our kitchendepartment, ensuring the delivery of Premier Travel Inn Brand Standards.The key responsibilities of the role are:1. Assist in the daily running of the kitchen to ensure Premier Travel Inn Brand Standards are maintained.2. To assist in the training and development of all team members including our 'Mission Impossible' induction process fornew starters3. Lead and motivate the team on a daily basis to assist in the maintaining of Premier Travel Inn Brand Standards4. Maximise revenues and profits through effective stock control, ordering, wastage and adherence to menu specifications5.
