To work for a public sector companyPurpose of the roleTo undertake the initial assessment and scoring of grant applications for capital projects to enable prioritisation and ensure The Funds funding is distributed in line with the programmes agreed strategic objectives.To advise on the scoring and priorities of applications as part of peer group reviewJob RoleTo assess applications for major capital grants and produce reports and recommendations based on a prescribed assessment and scoring criteria.Produce reports using The Funds bespoke grant management data base MERLINContribute specific knowledge and/or expertise to inform assessment decisionsCandidate will needDemonstrable experience of assessing capital projectsDemonstrable experience of decision making in an environment of competing prioritiesDemonstrable experience of making objective judgements against assessment criteria.
