This is a position which offers a superb opportunity for a graduate looking for his/her first job in an IT department orcareer development in supporting leading edge business solutions combining all the major converging IT technologies. Thesuccessful candidate will be working for a leading player in the CRM software market based in Cambridgeshire. Thecompanys software is designed to operate within a Windows environment integrating with Microsoft Office and mainstreamaccounting packages such as Sage and Pegasus.The ideal candidate is a graduate or someone with at least 2 "A" Levels, with their own car and a valid full UK DrivingLicence. You should have experience and technical knowledge of PCs (e.g. Windows, 2003 Server, Sage) and the ability andconfidence to install leading edge software at customer sites. In addition you will be of smart appearance anddemonstrate a positive attitude to problems, a willingness to learn, be customer service focussed, have initiative, beanalytical with an eye for detail and have a retentive memory. Communication skills are essential as you will need thespecial ability to communicate with people who have little or no experience of computers and software; explaining,describing and providing training and problem solving to customers in a clear, concise and jargon free manner.
