No equivalent qualifications will be considered.An excellent opportunity has arisen for a conference producer to work in London within a commercially successfulconferencing company. The company currently seeks high energetic individuals with an entrepreneurial edge, looking to getinto the commercial conference industry. You must be an exceptionally bright graduate with drive and ambition to succeed.The job will principally involve calling senior decision makers persuading them to spend valuable time with you helpingto identify the hottest business issues on a particular conference topic. During the first two weeks you will do nothingbut extremely detailed research and analysis before writing your own business-benefit packed conference programme. Thisis a very meticulous process as the structure and weighting of your programme has to be optimised to maximise the numberof delegates willing to pay GBP 1000 per ticket.You will then spend a further 3 weeks on the phone convincing high level executives on the benefits of speaking at yourconference. You will be required to deliver at least 16 speakers within 4 weeks, to a strict deadline.
