My client, one of the UKs most well known professional services firms is seeking a bright graduate with a strong academic background to provide support to the Managers of their Project Team. Responsibilities:*Assisting the account owner to target identified prospects, preparing for and attending business development meetings with these prospects in a supporting capacity*Drafting meeting notes and supporting the writing of proposal documents for the departments prospects which will include working to tight deadlines *Assisting with the capture, benchmarking and analysis of pricing information from the firms offices globally as part of a multi-territorial pursuit *Working closely with and developing good network relationships with local offices worldwide*Supporting the implementation of a department solution for a UK or international client by managing communications with local offices, including reviewing documents*Working with the project manager to monitor implementation activities and work against budgets, by maintaining project management tools and databases throughout transition *Coordinating meetings between the firm and client and drafting meeting notesThe person joining the department should have demonstrated some of the following competencies:*You will be a recent graduate with a strong academic background *An ability to write clear and concise text, giving suitable attention to detail *Deadline orientated with methodical approach to work*Well organised/ability to prioritise activities against objectives *Motivated to take initiative within a supportive team *Good analytical skills and ability to summarise *General IT literacyuse of Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc, *Project management skills*Cultural awareness and appreciation *Strong communications skills coupled with the ability to liaise with people at all levels and with non-UK offices*Enthusiasm/Good sense of humour *The ability to challenge existing methodology and develop new tools and methodology,*Language skills (useful but not essential)*Persistence, resilience and patience.
