Description:

From there, as a recruitment consultant, you will establish their needs, problems and requirements before selling yourorganisation's products and services to enable you to illustrate how you and your company can provide solutions to them.Having established these links with your clients you will meet with them, be briefed about recruitment projects andexecute these projects either exclusively or in direct competition with other consultancies.At any one time you will be responsible for running up to 20 projects, which will involve client liaison, candidatescreening and interviewing, administrative support, offer management and negotiation. During this process you will be usestate-of-the-art technology to identify potentially suitable candidates and face many challenging situations requiringhigh levels of intuition, intelligence, tenacity and innovation.Based upon these successes you will begin to build long-term relationships with your clients and candidates, networkingthrough the business and building on your successes, executing advertised selection, database and search assignments,using every tool available to the modern recruiter.When you achieve this you will be rewarded through a combination of salary, bonus, commission and car.
